TUCSON, Ariz. - January 12, 2023 - (Newswire.com)

In partnership with Women's Foundation for the State of Arizona (WFSA), YWCA Southern Arizona continues to accept applications to Pathways Program for Single Moms, a program that supports single mothers in completing a certificate program in the fastest-growing STEM fields that pay a living wage.

"The main qualifying factor is that you identify as a single mom. After that, it is just completing our intake application and committing to completing one of the offered certificate programs," said Teleia Taumanu, YWCA Marketing & Development Coordinator. "Once you are enrolled, you receive full wrap-around support in anything you need. We're here to make sure you succeed," Taumanu said. When asked to define wrap-around support, Taumanu explained, "as in providing childcare stipends, study group space, one-on-one coaching, career planning sessions, a free laptop to ensure you can access course materials and, of course, 100% paid tuition of the certificate program."

Launched with WFSA originally in 2020, this program aims to disrupt the cycle of poverty we often see single mothers in. Since its launch, the program has expanded from Central Arizona to Northern and Southern Arizona. YWCA Southern Arizona is proud to host Pathways Program for Single Mothers in Southern Arizona.

"At YWCA, we are so excited to continue our partnership with Women's Foundation for our Pathways Program for Single Moms here in Southern Arizona. We believe this program is a crucial component of our work of advancing economic justice for our women — making measurable gains in livelihood for the families of single mothers," said Magdalena Verdugo, YWCA Southern Arizona CEO.

The Pathways program is funded by The David and Lura Lovell Foundation, the ECMC Foundation, and the Governor's Office. For more information about Pathways for Single Moms and the YWCA Southern Arizona, visit https://womengiving.org/pathways-for-single-moms-southern-arizona/.

Perform[cb] Named #1 CPA Network

Perform[cb] earns title of #1 CPA Network Worldwide for 7th year in a row.

SARASOTA, Fla. - January 12, 2023 - (Newswire.com)

Perform[cb], the leader in outcome-based marketing (OBM), has been awarded the title of #1 CPA Network Worldwide for the seventh consecutive year in mThink's Blue Book survey. Recognized for its Outcome Engine consisting of strategic account management and support, proprietary, cutting-edge technology, affiliate program management services, dedicated 24/7 compliance, and curated partner marketplace, Perform[cb] continues to push the boundaries of digital advertising for its marketers and partners.

The largest research survey in the performance-based marketing industry, the Blue Book survey highlights the top 20 CPA networks across the world as decided on by direct feedback from more than 25,000 marketers, affiliate partners, agencies, and industry experts. The survey takes into account a wide range of components, including industry reputation, thought leadership, clientele, popularity, respective traffic data, tech stack, and scale, as well as expert viewpoints. In addition to votes from the industry at large, objective feedback from the Blue Ribbon Panel, made up of third-party performance marketing experts, is taken into consideration in order to determine the final survey results.

"Perform[cb]'s recognition as the #1 CPA Network Worldwide for the seventh consecutive year in mThink's Blue Book survey is a true reflection of our team's commitment to providing the best technology, compliance, service, and strategy for our marketers and partners," says Erin Cigich, CEO of Perform[cb]. "Our Outcome Engine, of which our CPA Network is an integral part - takes an omnichannel approach to meet our client's specific customer acquisition goals. Through the Engine, we have the power to tap into major and emerging digital channels and pull levers that our competitors simply don't have. It's humbling to have been recognized again, but we have no intention of slowing down, and I'm excited for what we have planned in the coming year."

"The performance marketing industry is increasingly competitive, yet Perform[cb] has maintained its position as an industry leader in the latest Blue Book survey," says Chris Trayhorn, CEO of mThink and publisher of the renowned and much-anticipated survey. "A seven-year run as the #1 CPA network worldwide is unprecedented and speaks to their broad support from both advertisers and publisher partners in our voting panel. Their top-notch account support and cutting-edge campaign optimizations are what we see mentioned most often as the drivers of their continued success. No other network receives such high marks across all our metrics, which means that Perform[cb] are worthy winners for 2023."

Spoiler Alert Earns Spot on Built In’s List of 2023 Best Places to WorkSpoiler Alert recognized as 2023 Best Place to Work

BOSTON - January 12, 2023 - (Newswire.com)

Spoiler Alert, a mission-driven, venture-backed technology startup at the intersection of supply chain resiliency, affordable nutrition, and climate change, announces its recognition as one of Built In's 2023 Best Places to Work, earning places with Best Startups to Work For, Fully Remote Best Startups to Work For, and Fully Remote Best Places to Work. The annual awards program honors companies of all sizes - remote, hybrid and in-office - with the best total rewards packages across the U.S.

"Here at Spoiler Alert, we pride ourselves on listening to employee feedback and continuously investing in initiatives that let us bring our best selves to work," shares Ali Rosewood, Director of Operations. "This recognition is a testament to our efforts to create an equitable, engaging, and performance-driven culture that ensures our employees have the support and resources they need to grow professionally." Over the past three years, the company has evolved its comprehensive compensation and benefits program and embraced a remote-first approach to hiring and collaboration. This includes progressive stipends for wellness, professional development, and remote work, as well as expanded PTO and parental leave programs to encourage balance.

During this time, Spoiler Alert has also created opportunities for emerging leaders to take increasing responsibility in company management and shape the future of their functions. "Our people are so critical for allowing us to fulfill our mission and power the waste-free economy," states Ricky Ashenfelter, co-founder and CEO. "Nothing is more fulfilling than coming to work alongside a passionate group of colleagues that care so much about both societal impact and the digital transformation of one of the most critical verticals of our economy." This past year, Spoiler Alert helped its customers keep more than 300 million pounds of food out of landfills.

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.

"It's my honor to congratulate this year's Best Places to Work winners," says Sheridan Orr, Chief Marketing Officer, Built In. "These exemplary companies understand their people are their most valuable asset, and they've stepped up to meet the modern professional's new expectations, including the desire to work for companies that deliver purpose, growth and inclusion. These winners set the stage for a human-centered future of work, and we can't wait to see that future unfold."

Netsertive, a marketing technology provider that enables franchise brands and multi-location businesses to execute localized digital marketing at scale, announced their annual Season Of Giving: Franchisee Recognition Awards, honoring franchisees across the nation for their success and generosity within their franchise brands and local communities. Franchisees were nominated by their franchisors and peers and judged based on their size, growth, and local philanthropic involvement.

Netsertive is known for its commitment to furthering the franchise industry through education, technology, and relationships. They're honored to recognize Kathy Evert, Owner of Signarama in Ankeny, Iowa, as the first annual Season Of Giving: Franchisee Recognition Award winner.

Award winners received top marks for being instrumental in helping their franchise brands, fellow franchisees, and local charitable organizations grow throughout the year. "These franchisees have shown leadership in the face of various challenges throughout the year as both small business owners and part of global brands. She is also active in Signarama's peer group program. Kathy has been a champion for the brand since joining Signarama in 2016 and continues to use her platform to help grow local charities, non-profits, and small businesses."
