InfusionPoints Achieves ISO 9001:2015 re-Certification 3 times in a row
InfusionPoints, LLC, secure business solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has successfully implemented and passed the auditing requirements for ISO 9001:2015. InfusionPoints has been a part of the ISO 9001 program since 2013. Each year, InfusionPoints goes through a partial re-certification audit, but this year was a three-year full and in-depth audit. InfusionPoints passed with flying colors because quality is what keeps their customers coming back time and time again.
The ISO 9001:2015 international standard is one of the most widely adopted and requires that an organization's procedures, policies, and processes ensure consistency in the quality of the services and/or products that it provides to its customers. To achieve this certification, InfusionPoints underwent an extensive evaluation of their Quality Management System records and documentation and management and employee interviews. Successful certification assures customers that InfusionPoints is dedicated to quality service, customer satisfaction, and continual improvement.
