MECHA Chocolate, a 2012-born local Haddonfield business, is joining forces with Wine Til Sold Out (WTSO) to bring a memorable wine and chocolate tasting session on the 25th and 26th of November 2022. From crémant to 2018 Château Goudichaud, get ready for a real sweet treat that's bound to give guests the chocolate fix they have been looking for.

A local business located in Haddonfield, NJ, MECHA Chocolate was created by chef and chocolatier Melissa Crandley and her husband Charles. A graduate of the Culinary Art Institute of Philadelphia, Melissa is passionate about creating life-changing chocolate. From ganaches to caramels, European butter, as well as organic and local ingredients when possible, MECHA Chocolate promises to provide the best quality chocolate along with the most memorable experience this coming Thanksgiving weekend. 

Looking for something fun and different to try out? Head over to MECHA Chocolate and Wines Til Sold Out Wine Tasting. Taking place at MECHA Chocolate, at 7 Kings Hwy East in Haddonfield, NJ (08033), guests will try out four chocolates paired with four wines.

MECHA has four wines ready to be paired with their decadent chocolates: 

1. Brut Crémant d'Alsace, Cave de Bennwihr, paired with MECHA's salted caramel chocolate to balance the sweetness
2. Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon Lot 4 by Caymus with a fragrant MECHA rosemary salted caramel chocolate to give taste buds an explosion of flavor
3. Château Goudichaud 2018 Graves de Vayres with MECHA's cherry pistachio bark chocolate to bring a nutty flavor with its tart dried cherries and savory pistachios
4. Boccantino Primitivo Susumaniello Salento 2021 with MECHA's beauty bark for dark chocolate lovers who enjoy complexity with a mix of chocolate, walnuts, caramelized cocoa nibs and dried blueberries

Guests must be 21 or older. This is a great way to start off the holiday season by shopping locally in downtown Haddonfield and have a great time doing it.
